Born from the book Story Hustle: How to raise a Confident Storyteller, this movement teaches families how to nurture creativity and build confidence through story telling.
Inside the Story Hustle experience parents get practical tools and reflection prompts that make it easy to guide kids from imagination to impact even if if writing isn't their thing.

The Writing Cypher is a fun, beginner-friendly online course that walks kids through the LIT Writing Method- Let it Flow, Imagine & Build and Turn It Up.
They'll learn how to transform ideas into stories and stories into something they're proud to share
It's creative, culturally rooted, and built for confidence.
Litkids create anthology
Every young storyteller deserves to see their name in print.
The LitKids Anthology gives kids the chance to become published authors. This is going to be more than just a book it's a legacy piece, confident builder and poof that their voice deserves a place in the world
Children who complete the Writing Cypher or attend a LitKids Program can submit their stories for publication.
The first edition is coming Spring 2026.
Igot a story to tell scholarship
Helping kids share their stories one scholarship at a time.
The initiative covers full enrollment in The Writing Cypher course and a guaranteed spot in the LitKids Anthology.. It is open to kids 7-14 who have a story to tell but may not have access to the tools or resources to share it
You can apply for your child or sponsor a young storyteller to help them shine..
Pass the story forward
Pass the Story Forward is our ongoing donation initiative that helps get Story Hustle into the hands of parents and educators who need it most. Each donated copy supports a family in raising confident storytellers, extending the reach of creativity, representation and vice to more homes and classrooms.
It started with on eperson wanting to gift a book and has grown into a collective effort to make Story Hustle accessible for all.
